Overview
Transition-to-Stability Support helps young women prepare for and navigate major life transitions with confidence, planning, and practical support. This program focuses on individualized transition planning, coaching, resource coordination, and goal-tracking for young women moving through important life changes.
Who It Serves
Young women ages 16–24 navigating major life transitions, including aging out of systems, unstable housing, returning to school, entering the workforce, or family transitions.
