Overview
Community Support & Stability Navigation helps girls, young women, and families connect to resources that support safety, stability, and well-being. This program is designed to help reduce immediate barriers by providing intake support, resource guidance, warm referrals, and follow-up check-ins.
Who It Serves
Girls and young women ages 8–21 residing in Baltimore City and surrounding communities who would benefit from mentorship, confidence-building, academic encouragement, or emotional support. Priority may be given to participants experiencing economic hardship, family instability, or limited access to enrichment opportunities.
Format
- Intake assessment with urgency rating
- One-on-one resource navigation
- Warm referrals to trusted partner organizations
- Follow-up check-ins to support successful connection
